Partners Jaimie L. Mansfield and Eric M. Wohl, senior associate Justin May and associates Mayda Z. Mallory and Jeanette E. Sinclare have joined Armstrong Teasdale. They are among the over 120 lawyers and staff professionals who have joined the firm this year.
Mansfield joins the St. Louis office after serving as general counsel of a fully-integrated private equity commercial real estate company. Having a unique understanding of the business issues the clients face, she knows how to serve as a strategic partner on a variety of legal issues. Her primary focus is on the cannabis and hemp law practice, providing support that is innovative, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking.
Wohl, a partner in the New York office, handles all types of real estate transactions, including the sale, leasing and financing of office, mixed-use and residential properties. Concentrating his practice on cooperative and condominium law and commercial leasing, he has represented the boards over the last two decades. He also represents landlords and tenants for leasing office and retail space throughout the United States, with an emphasis on commercial leasing in New York City.
May has extensive experience in assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, tax, entity formation, finance, commercial real estate and corporate consulting. He also assists clients with negotiating and drafting complex commercial documents, multitier entity formation, tax consulting, planning and representation, and commercial landlord representation. Located in the firm's Denver office, he holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Colorado.
Mallory, a member of the litigation practice group in Miami, focuses her trial practice on complex commercial litigation. She represents clients in a variety of areas, including commercial, contract disputes, employment, insurance coverage, construction and defect claims, business disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, probate disputes, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, and injunctive relief, professional liability and intellectual property matters. Her experience includes litigating in state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels.
Sinclare has joined the Denver office as an associate in the intellectual property practice group. She counsels clients on all aspects of trademark and copyright protection, including the development and management of portfolios. Her practice includes domestic and foreign trademark portfolio management from searching, filing and clearance to maintenance, policing, and enforcement of trademark registrations.
