Savani Gupte Joins S&R Associates As A Retained Partner In Mumbai

Savani Gupte has joined S&R Associates as a Retained Partner in the firm’s Mumbai office.

Savani is a 2011 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai and is qualified in India. She is also a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

With a strong focus on litigation and arbitration, Savani’s expertise spans Indian and international arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation, securities litigation, and insolvency matters. She has successfully represented clients in sectors including manufacturing, financing, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods before various Indian courts and tribunals, such as the Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, SEBI, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal. She also has experience handling institutional arbitration proceedings.

Before joining S&R Associates, Savani was a Partner at SAMVĀD: Partners for 4 years and previously worked with Khaitan & Co for 7 years.
