King & Spalding Welcomes Delphine Guillotte As New Finance & Restructuring Partner In Paris
King & Spalding is pleased to announce the recruitment of Delphine Guillotte as a Partner in its Paris office, strengthening the firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice. Her arrival marks the second partner to join the firm’s French office this month, following Laurent Assaya, who joined last month.
Delphine advises both French and international clients on a broad range of financing matters, including acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), corporate or leverage financing, credit facilities, and debt restructuring transactions.
Commenting on Delphine's appointment, Laurent Bensaid, Office Managing Partner in Paris, said, “Delphine’s experience in high-profile financing mandates, combined with her technical expertise, will significantly enhance both our local and international practices. Her skillset will further elevate our ability to provide cutting-edge financing advice, and we look forward to collaborating with her in areas such as M&A, private equity, and restructuring.”
Delphine holds a PhD in private law and is a graduate of Rennes Sciences Po. Before joining King & Spalding, she served as Counsel in Bredin Prat’s Finance Practice.
