Prajna Mohapatra Joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas As Partner In Corporate Practice

Prajna Mohapatra has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Corporate Practice. She will be based in the firm's Mumbai office.

Prajna is an M&A and Private Equity lawyer with over a decade of post-qualification experience. Her primary practice areas include: Inbound M&A, with a focus on healthcare, financial services, and construction & development, Private equity investments and exits, including control and minority deals, Strategic mergers, amalgamations, and joint ventures, Corporate restructuring, General corporate advisory..

She has previously advised clients such as Morgan Stanley PE and GIC Singapore and continues to counsel similar clients on a wide spectrum of transactional and governance-related matters under Indian law.

A 2012 graduate of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Prajna also completed her post-graduation at Leiden University, The Netherlands (2021-2022).
