Nishant Sogani has been promoted to Counsel, bringing over 10 years of experience in Restructuring & Insolvency and General Corporate practice. Based in Mumbai, Nishant plays a crucial role in handling complex cases and providing strategic advice on insolvency resolution, loan transfers, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate law. His expertise spans distressed assets, including clients in the power, real estate, and steel sectors. Nishant's promotion is a testament to his significant contributions in the firm's insolvency and restructuring practice.

Ashwani Malhotra and Saurabh Bachhawat have been elevated to Managing Associates. Ashwani, based in New Delhi, specializes in commercial arbitration, shareholder disputes, company law-related disputes, and white-collar crime defense. He regularly represents clients before various tribunals, regulatory bodies, and investigating agencies, including the Enforcement Directorate and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Saurabh, based in Mumbai, brings over 9 years of experience in commercial and regulatory litigation. He frequently appears before forums such as the Securities Appellate Tribunal, SEBI, and NCLT. Both Ashwani and Saurabh are recognized for their in-depth legal knowledge and the ability to handle complex cases with precision.

Tarun Donadi has been promoted to Senior Associate, recognizing his expertise in competition law, particularly in merger control, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance cases. He represents clients before the Competition Commission of India and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
