Taranpreet Singh Lamba Has Rejoined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals From Sunpharma

Taranpreet Singh Lamba has rejoined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals from Sunpharma. Prior to his time at Sunpharma, he was also with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, bringing a total of 25 years of experience to his current role.

Currently, Taranpreet is serving as Vice President of Intellectual Property and Global Product Portfolio Management at Glenmark. He possesses over 16 years of extensive experience in patents, with a focus on the patentability of innovations. His expertise includes managing patent portfolios, overseeing lifecycle management, handling infringement matters, and managing oppositions in various countries, including India, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Europe, and the US, within the fields of NCE, generics, and biotechnology.

Taranpreet has experience handling complex litigations and out-of-court settlements across various jurisdictions. He is also responsible for developing Glenmark’s global product portfolio.

Additionally, Taranpreet has contributed articles on key intellectual property topics and has been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences on IP matters. He holds a pharmacy degree, an M. Tech in Pharmaceutical Technology from NIPER, and has further specialized in patent law.
