Sanjeev Sachdeva Elevated as Chief Legal Officer at Elan Group

Elan Group has announced the elevation of Sanjeev Sachdeva to Chief Legal Officer, effective March 11, 2025.

Sanjeev joined the real estate major in 2024 as Head – Legal and has now been promoted to lead the Group’s legal function at the highest level. His journey at Elan Group has been marked by integrity, commitment, and excellence in managing a wide range of legal matters.

He brings over three decades of legal experience and has previously served in leadership roles at Emaar India, M3M India, and Gumberg India, among others. Before joining Elan, he was a Senior Partner at MINE & YOUNG - Advocates & Legal Consultants, New Delhi, with a strong focus on real estate, infrastructure, and corporate law.

At Elan Group, which has established itself as a prominent name in commercial, retail, and high-end residential developments, Sachdeva plays a crucial role in legal strategy, dispute resolution, compliance, and corporate advisory functions.
