Gorriceta Africa Cauton & Saavedra (GorricetaLaw) has appointed Partners Kristine Torres and Micaela Kristina Galvez, along with Counsel Mark Anthony De Leon, to key leadership roles to strengthen its practice groups in the Philippines.

Torres now heads the Project Finance and ESG practice group, specializing in Corporate Law, M&A, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Capital Markets.

Galvez leads the IP group, bringing expertise in securities offerings, M&A, transactional advisory, and legal due diligence. Her skills encompass transaction structuring, tax planning, and managing cross-border transactions.

De Leon is the new head of the financial rehabilitation and insolvency group, with extensive experience in handling creditor-initiated petitions for corporate rehabilitation, debtor-initiated petitions, and corporate debt restructuring. His background includes roles at Puyat Jacinto & Santos, Puno & Puno, and SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan.
