Jordan Sagalowsky Joins King & Spalding As Partner In Product Liability And Mass Torts Practice In New York

King & Spalding has announced the addition of Jordan Sagalowsky as a partner in its Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group, based in the firm’s New York office.

Sagalowsky brings significant experience handling complex proceedings involving environmental mass torts, products liability claims, structured finance, and securities and lender liability disputes. He also advises clients on risk mitigation strategies. His work includes managing hundreds of cases related to alleged water contamination involving PFAS, property damage, and personal injury matters tied to legacy chemical operations.

With a strong background in fact and expert discovery, Sagalowsky has conducted extensive expert witness depositions and provided key support in preparing and defending client witnesses.

“Jordan has a wealth of experience overseeing the scientific and technical aspects of environmental cases, including developing, presenting, and deposing expert witnesses and assisting our clients in communicating complex scientific topics to jurors,” said Tracie Renfroe, co-leader of King & Spalding’s Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group. “Adding Jordan to our team helps us continue to increase our tort presence in New York while also strengthening our science and company case teams.”

Sagalowsky joins from Mayer Brown, where he was a partner. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an A.B. from Harvard University.
