Twapewa Mwashindange Rejoins ENS as Executive in Namibia Office

ENS has welcomed back Twapewa Mwashindange as an Executive in its Namibia office. Twapewa was previously with the firm for nearly nine years before gaining international experience through a secondment at a leading law firm in London, where she focused on project development and finance law.

She brings a decade of legal expertise, with deep experience in project finance, infrastructure, energy, banking, and corporate regulatory matters. Twapewa has advised domestic and international clients across finance, insurance, mining, energy, and government sectors. Her capabilities also extend to drafting legislation, advising on compliance frameworks, and managing cross-border transactions.

She holds an LL.M. in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London and is recognised by IFLR1000 as a notable practitioner.

“Twapewa’s return is a testament to the strength of our culture and the meaningful connections we build. We welcome her back to ENS and look forward to the contributions she will make to the firm and to our clients,” said Hartmut Ruppel, Head of ENS in Namibia.
