Dentons Strengthens Hong Kong Presence With Capital Markets And Investment Funds Expert

Dentons continues its growth trajectory in Hong Kong with the strategic addition of Debt Financing and Investment Funds Partner, Charles Yim who brings a deep well of experience to Dentons, specialising in a broad range of capital markets and investment funds matters.

His expertise covers several key areas including structuring and executing bond issuances and structured notes offerings; managing the liabilities associated with corporate bonds for a variety of clients including investment banks, securities firms, trustees, and corporate issuers; advising on bilateral loans, club deals, and syndicated loan projects for commercial banks and corporate borrowers; and guiding fund managers, asset management companies, and family offices through the process of establishing Hong Kong and offshore funds.
