Addleshaw Goddard's corporate/M&A practice is bolstered by the arrival of partners Dr. Nina Leonard and Christian Lang in Germany.

In September 2023, the corporate/M&A practice in Munich will receive a boost with the addition of Dr. Nina Leonard and Christian Lang, accompanied by associate Nikolaus Bernhard from Pinsent Masons.

With over two decades of experience in corporate law and M&A, Dr. Leonard is a seasoned professional in her field. Her expertise is centred around cross-border transactions and the resolution of shareholder disputes. Dr. Leonard boasts a diverse clientele comprising both national and international corporations, as well as investors and entrepreneurs. Her practice exhibits a pronounced industry focus on key sectors such as life sciences, technology, and energy, with a special emphasis on data centres. Notably, she played a pivotal role as one of the founding partners of Pinsent Masons' German operations in 2012 and served as the Head of the Munich office from 2019 until the conclusion of 2022.

Lang is another specialist in corporate law and M&A, offering expertise in transactional matters, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, and a range of other corporate legal issues. His client roster includes a diverse mix of companies, private equity firms, venture capital investors, and consulting companies. Notably, Lang's clients are predominantly active within the technology, software, and life sciences sectors, reflecting his deep knowledge and experience in these key industries.
