It comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs.365 crores

Prestigious law firms Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, IndusLaw, Khaitan, and Sidley Austin have acted on an initial public offering (IPO) of Mamaearth.

The IPO encompasses a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs.365 crore and an offer for sale of about 4.12 crore shares.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Citigroup Global Markets India, JM Financial, and JP Morgan India are the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, while acting as the legal counsel for the IPO, is also acting as the legal counsel to the Promoter Selling Shareholders.

IndusLaw is providing legal counsel to the BRLMs on Indian laws.

Sidley Austin LLP is assisting as international legal counsel to the BRLMs.

Khaitan & Co is acting as the legal counsel to Evolvence India Coinvest PCC, invested through its Cell E, Evolvence India Fund III Ltd, Sofina, Stellaris, Fireside Ventures Fund, Kunal Bahl, Rohit Kumar Bansal, and Rishabh Harsh Mariwala on Indian laws.
