DSK Legal advised DCDC Health Services on its Series C Investment Round led by ABC Impact

DSK Legal advised DCDC Health Services Private Limited (DCDC) on its Series C investment round led by IMP2 Health Pte. Ltd. (ABC Impact), an affiliate of Temasek. The transaction was valued at approximately USD 18 million.

DCDC is engaged in setting up and operating high-quality, modern dialysis centers and clinics, along with offering training programs for aspiring healthcare professionals. The existing investors in DCDC include Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Danish SDG Investment Fund (IFU). British International Investment (BII) has extended debt funding to DCDC in the past.

DSK Legal's scope of work included reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing the shareholders agreement, share subscription agreement, and related documents such as the Amendment and Restatement Deed, Disclosure Schedule, and Letter of Undertaking by the exiting promoter, as well as supporting the execution and closing of the transaction.

The DSK Legal team was led by Nakul Batra (Partner), with support from Palak Sehgal (Principal Associate), Devbrat Singh (Senior Associate), Aankhi Anwesha, Divisha Sharma, and Daksh Krishnan (Associates).
