Karan Mitroo is joining JSA Advocates & Solicitors as an equity partner along with a team of 15 attorneys, including three Partners, Purvi Dabbiru, Kartikeya Dubey and Ankita Parasar.
The move will strengthen the firm’s banking, finance, and project finance practices.
An alumnus of the 2008 batch of the National University Of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, Mitroo has advised DBS Bank in connection with ECB financing of SGD 470 million provided to Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals Pvt Ltd (part of the PSA Group, Singapore) for Phase II of the Fourth Container Terminal at Navi, Mumbai.
Mitroo and his team have been serving at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.

Iqbal Khan and Ambarish, private equity and mergers and acquisitions partners, joined the firm along with their team from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
