White & Case Bolsters Hong Kong Team with Addition of Partner Wilfred Ho

Prominent international law firm White & Case LLP has strengthened its Global Commercial Litigation Practice by welcoming Wilfred Ho as a Partner in Hong Kong.

"Wilfred's experience makes him a great addition to meet the growing needs of our clients in Asia-Pacific," said White & Case partner Glenn Kurtz, Head of the Global Commercial Litigation Practice.

"Wilfred will work closely with our Debt Finance, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Project Development and Finance practices in Asia-Pacific to advise clients across a range of commercial disputes involving Greater China," Kurtz added.

Wilfred Ho brings his expertise to White & Case LLP, where he will represent companies and private equity funds in commercial litigation cases within Hong Kong courts and arbitrations under various rules and institutions. With a vast background in legal matters, he is well-versed in advising on a wide array of commercial disputes in Greater China, such as shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring-related actions, intellectual property issues, and disputes arising from complex commercial transactions. Before joining White & Case, Wilfred was counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in their Hong Kong office.
