Belluzzo International Partners Expands With New Office In Abu Dhabi

The Italian firm Belluzzo International Partners has launched a new office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, further solidifying its position as a leading multi-jurisdictional advisor. This expansion, effective January 2025, will focus on wealth, law, tax, and finance, aligning with the firm's proven international model.

The Abu Dhabi office will be led by the firm’s Founding Partner, Alessandro Belluzzo, a barrister qualified in England and Wales and a trust estate practitioner. Alessandro emphasized the strategic importance of the UAE, stating, “Alongside London, the UAE is becoming a strategic hub where we can operate and provide support to international clients. Our work will primarily focus on providing international legal and tax advisory services to clients investing globally from the UAE, while continuing to leverage our identity as Italian professionals with an international mindset.”

The team includes John Gower, Special Counsel and a UK-qualified expert in international taxation, Jaffar Rakhimov, who will relocate from the UK, and Niccoló Rossi. Additionally, David Russel AM KC, a renowned tax law consultant, will provide regular advisory support, enhancing the firm's capabilities.

Co-founder Luigi Belluzzo commented on the firm's strategy, stating, “The Middle East is emerging as one of the most strategically important regions in which to establish a presence.
