Squire Patton Boggs Expands International Arbitration Team with New Partner in Washington, DC

Squire Patton Boggs further strengthens its International Dispute Resolution (IDR) Practice by welcoming Charles (Chip) Rosenberg as a new Partner in Washington, DC. Rosenberg joins the firm from King & Spalding.

As a member of the Washington, DC, and New York Bars, Rosenberg brings his expertise in Public International Law and International Arbitration to Squire Patton Boggs. He has a strong focus on investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration, with specialisation in the energy sector.

In addition to his expertise In Public International Law, International Arbitration, and the Energy Sector, Rosenberg also focuses on the US and international enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards, particularly those involving sovereign states.

He brings substantial experience in representing clients in disputes at various renowned international arbitration forums, including ICSID, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). He has extensive expertise in matters involving the Energy Charter Treaty and the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
