Leading global law firm Clyde & Co has announced the appointment of Rebecca Kelly as a partner in Dubai., United Arab Emirates She re-joins the firm after nine years and will be part of the firm’s global regulatory & investigations practice, spearheading the firm’s offering in the Middle East region.

With over two decades of experience, the highly-regarded disputes and investigations lawyer leads and defends investigations throughout the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Kelly counsels multinational companies on compliance with anti-corruption/bribery, anti-money laundering, sanctions and anti-boycott laws, and defends companies facing enforcement by regulators.

Previously, Kelly was the Dubai managing partner and head of litigation at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, leading its Middle East regulatory and disputes team.
