Sudip Gupta joins Times of India as Director of Legal

Previously, he held the position of senior vice president – legal of the Asia-Pacific region at ATC Telecom Tower Corporation

Sudip Gupta has joined the Times of India as Director - Legal. While leading the legal functions, he will handle litigation, legal operations, regulatory risks and compliance and legal aspects of strategic partnerships.

Gupta has three decades of experience and specializes in corporate law, M&A and legal compliance.

He has worked with law firms including the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas and Fox Mandal & Associates and held in-house positions in organizations such as Avaya India, British Telecom India and ESPN STAR Sports.
