Sourasubha Ghosh has joined IndusLaw as a partner in its disputes resolution practice at Mumbai.
Prior to that, Ghosh worked with Paras Kuhad & Associates and Hariani & Co where he led the litigation team. He has also been associated with Welspun Group in the past.
He has over 15 years of experience in commercial civil litigation, disputes resolution, arbitration, mediation and conciliation.
He has represented corporate houses, banks and financial institutions on various legal issues, including disputes pertaining to the constitutional, contract, company and property laws. He has also represented and advised clients in numerous domestic and foreign arbitrations and has the distinction of working on several landmark litigation matters.
