Shwetank Tripathi joins ANM Global as Associate Partner in IP practice

For five years, he served as a senior associate at Khaitan & Co

ANM Global has announced the addition of Shwetank Tripathi as an associate partner in the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) practice.

Tripathi has over a decade’s experience in diverse facets of litigation, prosecution, advisory, and transactions. He will play a pivotal role in strengthening the IP practice, providing strategic counseling to clients, and furthering the firm's position as a leading name in the legal industry.

Commenting on his appointment, Nidhish Mehrotra, the Managing Partner at ANM Global, stated, "We are in an interesting phase where IPR practice is evolving with technological advancements and business changes. A 2012 graduate of the Dr. RML National Law University, Lucknow, Tripathi has worked with various firms including Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, Mint Law Associates, and Zeus Law. For the past five years, he was working as a senior associate with Khaitan & Co.
