Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has welcomed back Sanjeev Sachdeva to the firm's senior leadership as a mentor and taxation partner.
With over four decades of experience, Sachdeva has represented numerous national and international clients before different judicial and administrative authorities. He also assisted clients in arbitration proceedings at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
After obtaining his master's from the Delhi School of Economics, he did his post-graduation from the Indian Institute of Management (IIT), Ahmedabad.
Sachdeva's career began as an Indian Revenue Service officer. In 1999, on Republic Day, he was awarded the Presidential Certificate of Appreciation for Distinguished Service. He also headed the operations of Trinity College London in South & South-East Asia and the Middle East.
