Erstwhile Senior Partner Sanjeev Sachdeva of MINE & YOUNG - Advocates & Legal Consultants, New Delhi has joined Elan Group as Head Legal.

Prior to his engagement with Elan Group Mr. Sanjeev Sachdeva was working as a Senior Partner with the law firm MINE & YOUNG - Advocates & Legal Consultants, New Delhi focusing on real estate, corporate laws and infrastructure. Earlier Sanjeev Sachdeva has held the position of GC and Head Legal of Emaar India.

Sanjeev has more than three decades of experience in spearheading legal services to companies and firms in the real estate and infrastructure development sector.

Sanjeev is known for his zealous approach in providing legal services to companies while dealing in core transaction documentation and legal documentation and also representing them before various legal forums and courts of law and departments/ministries of Government of India and that of State Governments and other statutory authorities, governmental bodies/local self-government bodies on various issues relating to real estate and infrastructure development.

Before joining Emaar India, Sanjeev was associated with M3M Group while serving as Senior Vice President – Legal & Secretarial and before that with a US based Gumberg Group as Head Legal India. Sanjeev has always been known for his core and sharp skills and dedication.

Sanjeev carries a vast experience in transaction advisory, transaction documentation, legal documentation, litigation and due diligence in the real estate and infrastructure sector. Sanjeev has had a proven record in drafting transaction documentation, transaction advisory and handling high-end litigations.

Sanjeev is known for his integrity, honesty and sincerity with a charming personality and a great respect for the legal profession.
