Sagus Legal has promoted Shivam Sinha to Partner, increasing the Firm’s partnership strength to 4 Partners across its practice areas including M&A, General Corporate, Disputes and Regulatory.

Shivam is one of the founding members of Sagus Legal with solution expertise spanning across ADR and Insolvency and Bankruptcy and sector specialisations in oil & gas, energy and infrastructure.

Other promotions include the promotion of Ishita Jain as Counsel and Nilesh Panda and Amrita Bakhshi as Senior Associate in the General Corporate Practice.

Ishita’s practice expertise includes Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, White-Collar Crime, Environment and IPR. She is also an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India.
