Rakki Partani joins Khaitan & Co as partner in real estate practice at Bengaluru

Rakki Partani has joined Khaitan & Co as a partner in the real estate practice at the firm's Bengaluru office.
Commenting on her joining, Amar Sinhji, the executive director at Khaitan & Co, said, “We are very pleased to welcome Rakki Partani as a partner in our real estate practice. Based in Bengaluru, she will also cover Chennai and our rapidly growing real estate practice in South India, helped by her overall local experience. A 2007 graduate of the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai, Partani has over 14 years of experience. She specializes in real estate, private equity and debt, general corporate advisory, and M&A.
Patani has previously worked with leading law firms including HSB Partners and Wadia Ghandy & Co. She served at J Sagar Associates for seven years and for over two years held the position of a partner.
