Pallavi Puri joins DMD Advocates as a partner

She served at J Sagar Associates for over 12 years

DMD Advocates has enhanced its portfolio by hiring Pallavi Puri as a partner in its corporate practice.

Puri has over 18 years of experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructuring, investigations, and white-collar crimes.

Welcoming her, Rashi Dhir, the senior partner, and head of the corporate practice at DMD said, "We are very excited to have Puri join us. With her capabilities and rich experience as a corporate lawyer, she will further bolster our expanding corporate practice. I look forward to working with her."

Puri is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and started her career at Trilegal, working with them for over two years. Later, she joined AZB & Partners in New Delhi and served for over three years.
