Norton Rose has appointed Kate Muller as Partner in its Brisbane office.
Kate has vast experience in advising international and domestic clients across the energy and resources, infrastructure, government and transport sectors, with a primary focus on Australia and Asia. Over the years, she has primarily acted for both financiers and sponsors on energy and infrastructure projects, which includes advising borrowers on their corporate financing requirements, sponsors with respect to greenfields projects in South East Asia and Australia, and developers of major infrastructure projects.
Kate joins from DLA Piper where she was a Partner in the projects team. Prior to that she was working at Latham & Watkins in Singapore as a projects and general corporate finance lawyer with an emphasis on energy and resources in the South-East Asia region.
