Mudit Shah Joins Khaitan & Co As Partner In Real Estate And Corporate Practice

Khaitan & Co has announced the addition of Mudit Shah as a Partner in its Real Estate and Corporate practice.

Shah, who will be based in Ahmedabad, brings over 15 years of expertise in real estate, general corporate law, infrastructure projects, and aviation. His practice focuses on acquisitions, joint ventures, and slump sale transactions, particularly for clients in the industrial, manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors.

Before joining Khaitan & Co, Shah was a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for 9 years, where he played a key role in their Real Estate and Corporate practices.

Shah is a 2009 graduate of Gujarat National Law University.
