Inttl Advocare, a multi-service specialized firm with Intellectual Property and Technology at the core of the firm's practice, has announced the promotion of Manish Kumar Mishra and Vishal Tripathi as partners. The firm has also promoted Rohan Ahuja as an associate partner.

Mishra has over 14 years of experience in handling various contentious cases involving trademarks, copyright, designs, and enforcements in sectors including pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, liquor, fashion, steel, accessories, cosmetics, telecommunications, and FMCG. He has been instrumental in advising clients, building strategies for their brand development and enforcement.

Tripathi is a registered patent agent and attorney at Law, with over 18 years of experience in the field of patents. Associated with the firm since 2005, he has contributed immensely to the growth of the firm’s patent prosecution practice.

Ahuja has over 12 years of post-qualification experience in handling complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes pertaining to commercial/contractual disputes, arbitration, information technology, intellectual property rights, and real estate.
