Karanjawala & Co. has elevated Meghna Mishra to the position of Senior Partner.
Mishra brings with her an extensive experience spanning over two-and-a-half decades, having commenced her journey at the Bar in 1999. Since joining Karanjawala & Co. in 2001, she has steadily risen through the ranks, achieving the status of Partner in 2012. Notably, Mishra is renowned as the leading force behind the firm's distinguished Delhi High Court practice.
Specializing in a diverse array of legal domains, Mishra has showcased her expertise in handling intricate matters ranging from contractual disputes, real estate, and commercial disputes to company law, inheritance, property disputes, and matrimonial issues. She has also demonstrated prowess in representing clients in high-stakes and complex arbitration proceedings.
With a profound interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Mishra offers strategic guidance to clients on the adoption, protection, and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights. Her client portfolio includes esteemed corporate entities such as DLF, TATA, Scindias, Go Air, Hindustan Times, Indiamart, Music Broadcast Limited, MapMyIndia, Adani, Sona BLW, among many others.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Mishra has been actively involved in managing the firm’s pro bono practice and philanthropic initiatives. She has spearheaded numerous cases aimed at aiding individuals in need, while also advocating for women’s rights, inclusivity, equality, and disability rights.
