Bosco Yiu from Goodwin Procter joins Paul, Weiss

U.S. Law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has announced the hire of corporate lawyer Bosco Yiu from Goodwin Procter, which has doubled its partner count in Hong Kong.

With close to two decades of experience, Yiu advises private equity funds, investment banks, corporations and venture capital firms including Hillhouse Investment, Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, DST Global, Morningside, FountainVest Partners, Balderton Capital, McDonald's and Delivery Hero on investments, M&A, Hong Kong IPOs, regulatory and compliance, reorganizations and equity capital markets transactions.

Yiu joined Goodwin in 2018 from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He previously worked for Herbert Smith Freehills and Simmons & Simmons.
