Todd Itami has recently joined Covington as the Director of Artificial Intelligence and E-Discovery Solutions, alongside taking on the role of counsel in the firm's Washington office.

With a strong foundation in computer science, Todd brings extensive experience advising global companies on AI applications in legal and business contexts, e-discovery, information governance, and strategic software development. His focus on the intersection of technology and law enhances Covington’s E-Discovery practice, integrating advanced AI and technology tools to elevate client service.

Todd holds a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Idaho State University.
