Linklaters expands Arbitration and Investigations Practice as Robin Nunn joins as Partner

She was earlier serving as a partner at Morgan Lewis

Linklaters has announced that Robin Nunn has joined the firm’s New York and Washington, DC offices as a Partner in the Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations practice.

Nunn focuses on complex and enforcement litigation, white-collar defense, internal investigations, transactional due diligence, creation and review of corporate compliance programs, and consumer protection litigation. She counsels on novel issues connected to new communication technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, payments, artificial intelligence, and big data.

Adam Lurie, the Head of the US Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice at Linklaters, commented, “Nunn is a brilliant litigator and a trusted advisor on high-stakes matters to individuals and multinational corporations, which continue to face rising regulatory scrutiny and increasingly complex civil litigation in the US. and globally.

Nunn was earlier a partner at Morgan Lewis and co-leader of the firm’s Banking Industry initiative. Prior to that, she was a Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel with Capital One, working with its credit cards, auto, mortgage, bank, broker-dealer, digital commerce, payments, and fintech subsidiaries.
