Tabasam Faqir, in the global transactions team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), leads the restructuring and capital solutions practice, offering comprehensive counsel on cross-border restructuring matters and special situations, leveraging conventional and Islamic finance structures.
Ibrahim Attar, in the global transactions team in Riyadh, has a background in high-profile IPOs and M&A transactions. His expertise lies in corporate laws, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. He also extends merger control, public and private M&A, and regulatory advisory.
Amr Omran, in the global projects’ disputes team in Dubai, specializes in international arbitration and global projects disputes, with a focus on construction and commercial arbitrations. He has represented clients in significant disputes under various arbitration rules and is actively involved in industry associations and arbitration committees.
