Wesley Wood, a specialist shipping lawyer, has joined Al Tamimi & Company as a partner in the firm's Shipping, Aviation & Logistics practice. This addition has bolstered the firm's capabilities and is a testament to its commitment to delivering the highest level of expertise and experience to its clients.
With more than 13 years of experience in the field, Wood specialises in advising on a broad range of shipping and international trade matters, with a primary focus on contentious issues.
He possesses extensive experience representing clients in ship arrests and attachments related to various disputes, including charterparty disputes, bunker, cargo, mortgage, and crew claims, among others.
In addition to his expertise in shipping matters, Wood also focuses on handling complex international trade and commodity disputes. He is a member of the Transport & Insurance group and has been recognized by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner for his exceptional legal skills and contributions to the field.
