The world's largest global law firm, Dentons has announced the recruitment of Niamh Keogh in Dublin. Her appointment follows the recent hire of structured finance, securitization, and debt capital markets partner Matthew Cahill.

Keogh advises domestic and international clients across all tax heads in a wide range of sectors. She has experience in M&A and advises on inward investment into Ireland. She specializes in the use of Irish-regulated fund structures and securitization vehicles. She has also acted as a tax counsel on international and domestic group reorganizations and establishments in Ireland.

Paul Jarvis, the UK, Ireland, and Middle East CEO of the firm said, "We now have a critical mass of lawyers in Dublin regularly advising on high-profile big-ticket transactional work. So, recruiting high-quality tax expertise is a natural progression for the business. Keogh's arrival gives us tax capability and credibility in the Dublin market as we continue to support clients on their most complex global issues."

Eavan Saunders, the Ireland managing partner remarked, "Our plans for Dublin include investing in structured finance and aviation finance, where tax support is critical. Tax disputes are another growth area. Keogh's recruitment is consistent with our vision of building a high calibre senior team at the premium international firm in the Irish market."
