Samvād: Partners Strengthens Tax Dispute Resolution Practice with Appointment of Aditya Bhattacharya

Prominent Indian law firm Samvād: Partners has strengthened its tax dispute resolution practice with the appointment of Aditya Bhattacharya as a partner.

Bhattacharya, who is based in Delhi, has over 13 years of experience in the field of tax law. He is a specialist in indirect taxes and general commercial disputes and has a proven track record of success in representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and other tribunals.

He has worked with various Fortune 500 companies as well as major PSU clients. He was previously with Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan.

“Aditya brings new expertise to the firm in relation to tax disputes. He will strengthen our market-leading commercial disputes practice as well. We look forward to working with him across our offices,” Poornima Hatti, a partner, said.
