Megha Gulati has joined the Delhi office of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a Partner Designate in the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) practice. Megha, brings over 17 years of experience in handling broad spectrum of IP and Patent matters representing both international and domestic clients.

Megha joins the Firm from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

As a seasoned IPR practitioner, she excels in providing comprehensive guidance and formulating strategies across the entire patent lifecycle. Her expertise includes conducting prior art searches, facilitating freedom to operate analyses, performing patentability assessments, filing patent applications, and managing oppositions before the Indian Patent Office and appeals before various High Courts.

Her experience in IPR extends to a diverse range of fields, including biotechnology, genetics, medical devices, chemical sciences, pharmaceuticals, atomic energy, mechanical sciences, electronics and telecom, software, and wind energy.

Holding an impressive academic background, Megha is a registered Indian Patent Agent, further solidifying her standing in the field of Intellectual Property.
