GE Vernov Appoints Jay Maroli as General Counsel

General Electric’s sustainable energy wing GE Vernova has appointed Jay Maroli as the General Counsel.
Having over two decades of experience, Maroli is a technology, privacy, and intellectual property lawyer. As a private practitioner, he represented multinational corporations and as an in-house lawyer at several companies including Himalaya Wellness, Flipkart and Amazon.
In his role with the General Electric Company, Maroli worked on aerospace technologies, public and private partnerships on additive manufacturing, defence transactions and joint IP development with top academics in India and abroad.
He was a data privacy officer at the GE Aerospace R&D Centre in Bangalore.
