Avik Biswas And Vaibhav Bhardwaj Join Khaitan & Co As Partners In ELB Practice
Khaitan & Co has significantly strengthened its Employment, Labour, and Benefits (ELB) practice by bringing on board Avik Biswas and Vaibhav Bhardwaj as Partners, along with their respective teams.
Biswas will be stationed at the firm's Bangalore office, while Bhardwaj will operate out of the Noida office.
Avik Biswas, a 2006 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) Kolkata, began his career at New Delhi Law Offices. He then moved in-house with Infosys for over three years before joining Poovayya & Co. In 2013, he took charge of RDA Legal's Bangalore office and subsequently joined IndusLaw in 2015.
Vaibhav Bhardwaj, a 2008 graduate of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, has an extensive background with nearly 14 years of experience. He was previously associated with the erstwhile Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas for almost six years, after gaining eight years of experience across various firms.
