Clyde & Co adds Anas Alswailem in Saudi Arabia to expand its corporate & advisory partner appointment

Clyde & Co has hired Anas Alswailem as a partner in its Middle East and Africa region. He will be based in the firm's Riyadh office and will be part of its Global Corporate & Advisory practice.

Alswailem has over 20 years of experience in the corporate and commercial law field. He has advised both public and private clients and has a strong background, having previously managed his own private office in Saudi Arabia and worked for several large government organisations such as SAGIA (Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority) and GOSI General Organisation for Social Insurance).

Alswailem's appointment aligns with Clyde & Co's strategic expansion plans in the corporate practice globally and in the Middle East and Africa, particularly in supporting clients in Saudi Arabia.

The firm has made several recent hires and promotions in the MEA corporate partner group over the last 18 months as part of this expansion effort.
