King & Spalding has announced that litigation and trial lawyer Eric White has joined the firm’s Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group as a partner in the Chicago office.
White brings extensive experience in product liability and mass torts, complex business disputes, and internal investigations. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants across industries such as energy, chemicals, life sciences, healthcare, technology, private equity, and higher education. He has led high-stakes federal and state litigation, including bench and jury trials, and has advised clients on sensitive internal investigations.
Andy Bayman, co-leader of the firm’s Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group, welcomed White, said: “Eric is a dynamic, energetic, and personable lawyer who has both trial skills and a very sophisticated sense of oversight and management for big litigation. White joins King & Spalding from Winston & Strawn, where he was a Partner. He holds a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida and a J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
