K&L Gates advised Vivacity, in partnership with its capital partner and co-investor RF Corval, on the conditional acquisition of three contiguous sites located in regional New South Wales for the proposed development of a new land lease community.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Vivacity and RF Corval’s long-standing partnership of over six years, with several successful joint ventures and impactful developments across Australia. The newly acquired sites will contribute to Vivacity’s growing portfolio of land lease communities, offering high-quality and affordable housing solutions tailored for Australia’s aging population.
