International law firm Taylor Wessing has advised Boston based PE-fund Union Park Capital and its consortium, Exaktera Group on the add-on acquisition of autoVimation GmbH.
autoVimation specializes in high-performance enclosures and mounting solutions for industrial cameras, lighting, and related vision system components.
Headquartered in Rheinstetten, Germany, it is recognized worldwide for its rugged, precisely engineered protective enclosures and specialized accessories. These enable the deployment of vision systems in any demanding environment.
The firm’s products are used across diverse industries including factory automation, machine vision, electronics, food & beverage, logistics, life sciences and semiconductors.
With this acquisition, Union Park adds autoVimation as the fifth operating asset alongside Z-LASER, ProPhotonix, Advanced Illumination and iiM.
It will strengthen Exaktera’s position as a global leader in machine vision and photonic technologies.
