White & Case has advised Africell Global Holdings Ltd (Africell), a prominent mobile services provider in Africa, on the refinancing of its capital structure through a US$300 million bond issuance, alongside a new US$30 million revolving credit facility.
Africell, operating across The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Angola, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, serves around 16 million subscribers across these regions. The refinancing supports Africell’s ongoing growth in delivering mobile network services across Africa.
