Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Anupam Rasayan in the acquisition of 24.96% equity shares of Tanfac Industries

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Anupam Rasayan India Limited ("ARIL"), India's leading custom synthesis and specialty chemicals manufacturer, in its acquisition of 24.96% of the total equity shareholding of and joint control of Tanfac Industries Limited ("TIL") from Birla Group Holdings Private Limited ("BGH"), (a promoter company which is part of Aditya Birla Group) and few other promoter group members of TIL (collectively, the "Sellers"). The Transaction also triggered an open offer by ARIL to the public shareholders of TIL under the SEBI Takeover Regulations.
