Lex Favios has acted as legal counsel for SA Hospitalities Globe Private Limited in their negotiations with ITC Limited for the opening of a hotel in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, under the prestigious "Storii" brand.
The firm’s role encompassed advising and negotiating the entire transaction, as well as the comprehensive review of contracts, including but not limited to the Operating Services Agreement and the Project, Technical & Development Advisory Services Agreement, to facilitate the smooth operations of the hotel.
