DMD Advocates Advised India Agri Business Fund II On Exit From Nature Bio

DMD Advocates advised India Agri Business Fund II Limited on its exit from Nature Bio-Foods Limited (Nature Bio). As part of the transaction, India Agri Business Fund II Limited has sold its entire shareholding in Nature Bio to LT Foods Limited, an Indian listed company. Prior to completion of the transaction, India Agri Business Fund II Limited held approximately 17.5% of the paid-up share capital in Nature Bio.

The transaction document in relation to the sale of equity shares in Nature Bio was executed amongst the parties on September 10, 2024, and the transaction was closed on December 31, 2024.

The transaction was led by Senior Partner and Head of Corporate, Rashi Dhir, and Partner Saiyam Chaturvedi, with support from Counsel Divay Rastogi, Associates Srishti Pandey and Tarush Bhandari.
