Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Advised Book Running Lead Managers On Ventive Hospitality IPO

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised the Book Running Lead Managers (“BRLMs”) - JM Financial Limited, Axis Capital Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited on the initial public offering of equity shares by Ventive Hospitality Limited (“Issuer”) aggregating to ₹16,000 million (approximately USD 187 million (“Issue”). The equity shares of the Company were listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited on December 30, 2024.

The Issuer, a joint venture between the Blackstone and Panchshil Group, is a hospitality asset owner with a primary focus on luxury offerings across business and leisure. The portfolio of the Issuer comprises 11 operational hospitality assets in India and Maldives and four stabilized Grade A annuity assets which are part of the hospitality-led integrated developments in Pune.

With the completion of IPO of Ventive Hospitality Limited, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas continues to consolidate its position as the leading advisor on strategic fund-raising transactions by hospitality sector companies including Chalet Hotels Limited’s QIP (2024), Juniper Hotels Limited IPO (2024), Apeejay Surendra Park Hotels Limited IPO (2024), Samhi Hotels Limited IPO (2023) and The Indian Hotels Company Limited QIP (2022).
